Home Inspections

A home inspection is designed to give home owners and perspective buyers a general outlook on a specific property. The inspector visually assesses and operates key features in a home, and writes a comprehensive report. The report details any issues found and includes reference pictures for clarity. This is so you’ll be able to determine whether or not the home is right for you.

Sometimes the home has features that need updating but are still manageable. And sometimes the inspection reveals things that you might not have thought to look for, that can save you a lot of headache down the road.

In Canada, home inspectors are encouraged to follow the Canadian Association of Home and Property Inspectors (CAHPI) Standards of practice. The Standards of Practice can be found in all of our reports and on the CAHPI website.
