Spotlight Home Inspections is a home and septic inspection business based in Greater Sudbury, ON. It was established in 2026 by Ashleigh Gauthier. Ashleigh began the journey towards home inspection in 2025 when she enrolled in the Carson Dunlop training program. Since then, she has graduated and decided to open her own business to better suit the needs of her clients and her family. Phil Gauthier is Ashleigh’s husband and the septic system inspector for Spotlight Home Inspections. He passed the qualifying exam and took the Part 8: On-site Sewage Systems course through the OBOA. Together, they make Spotlight Home Inspections.

Ashleigh and Phil have lived in Sudbury since 2018. Sudbury has offered them a beautiful place to call home and it is their goal to better serve their community by offering quality services to all in return.
